Personal names can express ideas. 1 rule to express ideas or aspirations is to meet the current times and even in the future. Meaning
As a personal name is the symbol of an person, it should be distinguishable from other names. Confusion will certainly arise if two or more persons share exactly the same name, particularly if these people are working in the same office or studying in the same school. Making a personal name distinguishable from other personal names, however, does not mean that its meaning has to be vague or ironic such as Choo Lin( Red Plant), or Meng Wu Guang( Not bright).
