B.  Film

View the German Film, "DAVID", by Peter Lilienthal (1979), about a young German Jewish teenager who is caught up in the Nazi regime's persecution and eventually loses his home and his family to the Holocaust. 
Watching this film will give you a better understanding of how the Holocaust effected different age groups.  Remember to place yourself in David's shoes.  How would you feel if you had to undergo this type of treatment? 
As you watch the film, record the events that lead to the Holocaust. Also, make a list of individual characters and describe at various stages how they react to those events.
