Polygenic inheritance

Diseases caused by poygenic inheritance depend on one’s genomw and many environmental agents. Genes show little additive influence, ususally it’s impossible to state heredity basing on the pedigree. Still the frequency of the disease is higher among siblings, especially for single-egg twins what indicates genetic factor. Knowledge of the mechanism of the disease together with information about one’s genome would enable avoiding danger agents for risked people.
