{ Lego Programmable Brick } iFairground's Experience With the
Lego RCX
Part of the fun of Legos is building a creation. I found that when I first started, it took about thirty minutes for me to build one ride. However, as I became more and more familiar with the Legos, I could build a ride much quicker, in anywhere from ten to fifteen minutes, depending on the ride. The RCX comes with five built-in programs that make motors, light sensors, motion sensors, and light bulbs work. All of these amazing blocks combine to form a creation that will amaze you and keep you entertained for hours. Not only can you build with the RCX and other Legos, but you can also use software to write your own programs and download them to the brick. With this RoboLab software, I created some programs of my own. You can view three of them, and even copy them to your own software. Then you can use my programs on your own RCX unit! You must have the RoboLab software and the Lego RCX with the Lego Amusement Park set in order to do this, though. You can order this software online at www.legomindstorms.com See the lego models and programs
