Israel

Laura                                                                                                I moved to Israel when I was four. I'm fifteen now. My favorite part is that there is a lot of cultural landmarks for all religions. And also that even though there are many disagreements between the races, they all manage to live around each other anyway.

Jordan

1. A typical day in Jordan:
People wake up in the morning and every one goes to his business. Kids go to schools, like every body else in this world. After every one gets home after work or school, they get there lunch. Some of them sleep for a while after that ,
others gets together with there friends or do house work. If someone sees his neighbor doing some house work, he  runs to help him.  If there is no work, mid age or old people
collect together in some place and play dice. Elder youth might do the same or just sit with there friends talking, or playing cards. Young guys will go play pool or joystick computer station games, go to internet cafes or soccer if they have a close suitable yard. Girls in all ages like to sit together according to age class and talk, and talk and talk....

After dinner time, family visits might hapen. Then
every one goes to sleep to be ready for the next day.

2-Why do I like to live in Jordan?:
Maybe Jordan is not a very rich country, but the pepple them selves are very rich in ethics and education. Jordan is a very cultured country, its the 4th country in the world for its university and  graduate respectively to the population. People are so kind , so helpful, we have a very low rate of crime. We don't have at all any kind of organized crime, if you are in danger or anything related to that, you will find everybody around you to help.
So the best thing I like about Jordan is it's community.

3-  The things that I don't like about Jordan is its dry weather and the lack of water, we truly have a very big problem about the lack of water.

4- What I do for fun in a week end:

In good (weather) days, people goes to picnics, making grills at some nice place close to a river or a dam. If the weather is not suitable enough to go out, they make a very special meal and all the family members sit and eat. They share the time together , talk, watch TV..
