Celsius

Named after Anders Celsius (1710-1744), a Swedish astronomer.  A temperature scale in which 0° represents the freezing point and 100° the boiling point of water under standard conditions.

To change Celsius to Kelvin: just add 273.
     0 C +273 = 273 K.

To change Celsius to Fahrenheit:

1) Take the Celsius temperature and multiply by nine-fifths or (9/5) or 1.8.
      20 C x 1.8 = 36
2) Then add 32 to get the degrees in Fahrenheit.
      36 + 32 = 68
