a Russian scientist, who worked out the basis of flights in cosmic space and first proved scientifically the opportunity to use reactive engines for interplanetary communication. A whole decade Tsiolowski works on the airplane theory. He summarized his work in the book “ About the question of flying with wings”. In 1903 is published “ A research of the world space with reactive equipment, with which he built the basis of the modern rocket theory. Only for a few years he published more than 60 works in most different fields of science and technology, astronomy, mechanics and philosophy. All of them were connected with the main idea of his life- how man can fight space. He gave a scientific explanation of the reactive principle of moving through the vacuum cosmic space, worked out a scientific theory about space flights and made an exact description of the spaceship of the future. |
