	Vincent does the H.B.S. in Tilburg. In 1866 he goes to the HBS (a grammar school) in Tilburg. Vincent had a flair for languages and soon became an expert in French, English and German. In March 1868, in the middle of the school year, he terminates his formal education and goes back to Zundert, where he was born. He never completed his course of study at Tilburg.
