SNOQUALMIE

The Snoqualmies (or Snoqualmu), they are a small tribe of language Salish, once appropriated on the Coast of the Peaceful. The salmon was their principal food. To travel they used the canoe. The men fished and they chased, the women wove baskets and they made stoie of bark of cedar. They believed of to be the descendants of mythical animals, as for instance the wolf. In 1854 you/they had reduced to around 200 individuals, that were withdrawn in the Reserve Tulalip of the State of Washington to live with their cousins Snohomish.
