But not only the CO2 causes the greenhouse effect. Methane, nitrogen oxide, CFKs and  surface ozone too are causing the greenhouse effect.

But CO2 is with 50 % the main cause of the greenhouse effect.

Nitrogen oxide provides for 6%, surface ozone for 12 %, CFKs for 14 % and methane for 18% the basis for the greenhouse effect. Yet probably there are even more substances causing the greenhouse effect.

But without the greenhouse gasses that come from nature itself  [ CO2 and water damp]  earth would be 30 % colder. 

So CO2  is coming from nature too  but because the human being is bursting out more and more CO2 the greenhouse effect is human beings fault!!

Why are we taking the car if we can take the public transits?

The weather on earth is different every day. Some years are hotter then other years. But when the average temperature on earth is rising only a few degrees all the ice of the north and south Pole will melt. For example: the average temperature in the latest ice age was 4 degrees lower than the average temperature is now. It is then not very difficult to imagine that the same rising of the average temperature now would be  fatal for our planet earth.

Is this our future?

Everything on earth will change dramatically. Countries where it is now cold will get  warmer and warmer. The greenhouse effect can also have some positive effects on the short term.  Because when it is getting warmer and warmer the ground in Siberia will defrost and then people can use that ground for agriculture.  

But there are more negative effects than positive effects.

Because if the temperature is rising, the North and South Pole will melt and that will cause a rising of the sea level which isn't good for any county on earth. But until now, no one has proofed that there is a greenhouse effect. And if there is a greenhouse effect they don't have proof that the CO2 is causing it. Because some scientists are saying that the higher sun activity is causing the temperature rising. Before we can do anything about the rising of the temperature we must first know what is causing the rise. If it is CO2 we can do something about it. But if it is the higher activity of the sun we can’t do anything
