educational purposes described above.

You can download the MySQL shareware version
at http://www.mysql.com/mysql_w32.htmy

All MySQL installations on Win32 should have a copy of this mail in
the C:\mysql directory. 

The evaluation version is based on the MySQL 3.22.29 version (a recent
stable version). It's however compiled with full support for debugging
and memory checking, which means that it's slower than the optimized
server that you get when you register for the official MySQL version.
So if you need better performance or the latest functionality, you
need to purchase a license.

The price for a MySQL license is EURO 170 and MySQL email support
starts from EURO 170/year. You can register yourself or find options
about how to pay at https://www.mysql.com/license.htmy. After you have
paid we will mail how to download the newest MySQL for Win32,
pack_isam (with pack_isam you can create fast compressed read-only
databases. Pack_isam usually compresses databases 40-70%) and send you
a receipt by snail-mail.
