Birthday: Sept. 15, 1983
Country: The Netherlands
Place: Goirle
School: Theresia Lyceum Tilburg
Hobbies: Judo, listening music, playing the guitar and of course computers
What Wilco did for the project:
Wilco's expertise with PHP3 contributed greatly to the development of the site. He worked with Sher-May to conceptualize the layout of the webpage, and he converted the Fireworks files created by Sher-May to the HTML/PHP3 format for web publication. He also came up with ideas for and worked on the control menu on the left frame of the site.
He is mainly responsible for the Student-Teacher interaction system available at our site (including the help files), designing the login and database so that teachers and students can experience an interactive learning environment while reviewing the site. He also worked on writing the code for the handy remote control to allow easier access to each part of our site, as well as the search engine to efficiently source for required material. He created a guestbook for feedback, and a bug report form for any problems encountered by users. He personally made a HTML engine that generates all the code so that it was very easy to import text and images and as a result the team could work on their own part of the site and later combine everything with a click.
Wilco contributed towards the animations present in our site, creating them using text blurbs and pictures which Sher-May had written and scanned. The animations added color and life to the website.
Beside this all, Wilco has translated the site to Dutch.

She made various designs of the layout in Macromedia's Fireworks 3 and showed them to her teammates for their perusal and feedback. The best of the designs would be converted to PHP3 format by Wilco.
