About - The Thinking Machine

The Thinking Machine is created as a website participating in the Thinkquest 2000 Competition (See Logo on left). The creators, Team leader "Tachyon", and two other team members, "Djmon" and "Fritzone", wanted to create a site which would be not simply informative but also fun and entertaining. The Topic, Computers - or, The Thinking Machine. The site is easily accessible and almost seemless to surf through. You may return to Home by clicking "Home" on the top of the screen, and other respective topics.

To get into the Information Centre, click on any one of the topics at Home. You will be brought then to the content page of that topic. Click on the Selected subtopic of your choice to read the information. When you are done, you can go on to the next subtopic by click on the "N" (for next) at the bottom of the page, or the previous subtopic by clicking on the "B" (for back) also at the bottom of the page. If there are no more subtopics in the topic, you may return to the topic Main Page by clicking on the "T" (for topic). at the bottom of the page. You may also return to the topic by clicking on the topic name on the left bar (however, you will may have to go through the introduction again).

This site features a variaty of topics, from Hardware to Software, Networks, How, Computer Crime, Timeline(History, Present and Future), and Do You Know?. You may switch topics at any time once you have entered the Information Centre by simply clicking o the topic of your choice on the left bar. The "F" on the left bar symbolises "Forum", which is a place where you may discuss with other users on the site on computers. To get Lessons for topics, click on lesson. To gain entertaining quizzes, forums, chats, and many more, you can click on Interactives on the top bar.
