How to change screen resolution

Changing your screen resolution may be a difficult task depending on what operating system (i.e. Windows, MacOS, Unix) you use.

Changing your screen resolution to 800x600 or 1024x768 may improve the way you look on our site.

Windows 95/98/2000

1. Press the start button.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Choose Control Panel.
4. Choose Monitor.
5. Choose settings in the upper right corner.
6. Put the leveler on 800x600 or higher.

N.B. If you right-click on the desktop and chose properties you can skip the first four steps.

MacOS
1. Go to the apple menu in the upper left corner of the screen.
2. Choose control panels.
3. Choose "monitors". If you use an older version of the mac os the control panel might also be called monitors & sound". When the have opened the panel.
4. Choose 800x600 in the resolution menu.
