The Guitar

Bridge: The bridge is located below the sound hole and contains both the saddle and the bridge pins. Basicly the bridge holds the ends of the strings and control how high the strings are off the frets.
Bridge Pins: These are the pins located on the bridge that hole the strings in place.
End Pin: Also know as the "Butt Peg" or "Strap Peg" this pegs is used to attach a guitar strap, so that the player can play while standing.
Frets: Located on the fret board, the frets allow a player to play different pitched notes.
Fret Board: Located on the front side of the neck, this houses all the frets.
Head: Houses the top of the strings.
Pick guard: Protects your guitar from wild picking.
Saddle: Located on the bridge, the saddle controls the height of the strings over the frets
Sound Hole: On Acoustic and Classical guitars this is where the sound is amplified where as on Electirc guitars a pick-up takes its place.
Tuning Pegs: These pegs located in the head hold the strings in place and allow the player to tune the guitar.

Back: The back of the guitar.
Head: Houses the top of the strings.
Heal: This is where the neck joins the body of the guitar.
Heal Cap: This is a decorative way of covering the heal.
Neck: This is the part of the guitar that houses the fret board and frets and allows the player to play different notes.
Tuning Pegs: These pegs located in the head hold the strings in place and allow the player to tune the guitar.
