Osaka Castle
The most famous conflict fought at Osaka Castle was
Tokugawa Ieyasu's siege of 1614-15. The
battle that ended this seige is notable in that it was the last battle ever fought between
samurai armies. With a centrally located tenshu, this castle was not designed with trickery
