Materials: Balloon
Procedure: Blow up the balloon and rub it against your clothes. Feel the tingling of static electricity. Place the balloon up your hair. What happens? Why?

Why is a hurricane a spiral of cloud bands?
Materials: Large bowl filled tow-thirds full of water, Stirrer and Oil or Food Coloring
Procedure: Stir the water in a counterclockwise direction and remove the stirrer. Drop a small amount of oil and food coloring on top of the water.
