Track and field

In track and field you can run, walk, jump, or throw. Also in track and field you must want to win because it’s a game of competition and determination. In track and field you must condition and eat and drink the right foods. When you run in track you must be able to pace yourself. If you don’t pace yourself then you could sprint and loose all your energy at the end of the race, when you really need to sprint. Here are some of the throws you might do in track and field softball throw, basketball throw, and the shot-put throw. Also you might do jumps and wars such as the standing brood jump, hop-step-jump, high jump, or tug-a-war. When you run you may run the 25-yard dash, the 50-yard dash, 100-yard regular relay, 50-yard shutter relay, and the 200-yard relay.
