AIDS came to be in the 1970's. AIDS can not be spread by casual, physical contact or by sneezing. It is spread by contamination of the blood stream. By the year 2000, as many as 20 million people will have AIDS. AIDS is a disease that causes you to die from diseases that you get that you can't fight off. This is what makes you die. You don't die from the actual disease AIDS.
AIDS can cause severe illnesses and even death. They have just discovered something that could lead to a cure for AIDS. Some tissue from a monkey with AIDS was put in a freezer, and never found until now. The tiny bit of AIDS that is still in it could be made into a vaccine for AIDS. This monkey was in a colony of monkeys that all were fine except for him. He died and they saved his tissue in a freezer. It kept getting pushed back but was just now rediscovered.
