Zanzibar Bush Baby

It's Time To Save Our Animals...

The Zanzibar Bushbaby is a brown mammal that has very big eyes. It eats mostly insects but some fruit. The bushbaby's eyes are very sensitive. That is why it is a nocturnal animal. It has very keen eyesight, and good hearing.wpe3.jpg (6168 bytes)

Can you guess what it's main hunting weapon is? It's main hunting weapon is it's ability to move it's ears opposite directions from one another. This enables it to get the exact location of the insect on which it is hunting. Then guess what it does? It turns it's head on a 180 degree arc! This enables it to spot it's prey.

The reason the Zanzibar Bushbaby is an "Endangered Animal" is because it's home is being cut down for lumber. The clock is ticking!
