A note from the coach to other teachers: This page was designed by 4th and 5th graders for other elementary students. It is intended to be presented following the sequence of the main table. Although students will want to go immediately to the activty link they should be encouraged to cover the content first. After students have had an opportunity to learn about the pioneers they will be able to participate in the activities more successfully.
