The Capitol Building is the home of the U.S. Congress. The Senate meets on one side and the House of Representatives on the other. In the middle, under the dome is a round room called the Rotunda. On the top of the dome is a statue called the 'Statue of Freedom'. The building is built on Capitol Hill.
