In this section, we tell about our favorite football
players. They are our favorites because of the goals they set for themselves and their
major achievements in the game of football.

Chris
Howard was a running back for the Michigan Wolverines. In 1994-97, he led Michigans
National Championship team in rushing yards (868 yards). In 1994, Chris earned the
"Special Teams Champion" award for his great effort.
Chris was also one of the fastest players on the team.
He used good hands catch almost every ball that was thrown or handed off to him. He is a
very good player and a great running back.

Chris
Floyd was a fullback for the Michigan Wolverines. Chris had 616 rushing yards in 1997. In
the same year, Floyd overcame a knee injury. In his junior year, he made a big difference
for the National Champions, Michigan Wolverines.

John Elway is the quarterback of the Denver Broncos. He started his career
with the Broncos in 1983. Now that it is 1999, he has been playing in the NFL for 17
years.
The last two years of his football career
have been really great because he led the Denver Broncos to back-to-back Super Bowls.

This is a picture that shows how much a football player tries and gets hurt.
This is a picture of a truly dedicated player that probably tackles a lot. The most
dangerous position to be playing is probably the quarterback because he gets tackled a
lot. If he was a running back, he might look like this too because they get tackled a lot
also.
