Grouper Newburg

Ingredients

2 cups cooked grouper 1 recipe white sauce
salt and pepper to taste 2 1/4 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Oil

Preparation

Season the grouper with salt and pepper. Saute the grouper in a small amount of oil until fish flakes easily. Combine the white sauce, cheese and Worcestershire sauce in double boiler. Cook, stirring, over low heat until cheese is melted. Add grouper and heat through.Serve over rice or noodles.
