Fried Shrimp

Ingredients
| 2 lbs. large shrimp | 1 cup cornmeal |
| 3 eggs, beaten | Vegetable oil |
Preparation
Peel shrimp, leaving tails on. Heat large skillet or deep fryer. Dip shrimp, one at a time, in beaten egg. Dredge in corn meal. Add to hot oil, cooking a few at a time. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Serve with spicy cocktail sauce. Makes 4-6 servings.
