Cocktail Sauce
Ingredients
| 1 cup bottled chili sauce | 3 Tbsp. prepared horseradish |
| 1/3 cup lemon juice | 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/4 tsp. Tiger sauce |
Preparation
Mix all ingredients. Cover. Chill 2-3 hours.
This is a good 'dippin' sauce for many fish and shellfish recipes.
