Construction will be starting in May of 1999. The first stage of this project will be completed in April of 2000 (main Challenger Center). It will be open to the public in April of 2000. Other stages will be completed by 2003.

The starting steps of construction will be:

• Bid who's going to do the construction.
• Award the bid to a contractor who would then begin to build the building.
• Dirt work and concrete - (The first two months of construction).
• Finish the inside during winter and as April is coming.
