Pet Snakes

Throughout the world there are about 3,000 species of snakes.  They live in rivers, woods, jungles, and homes.

Shedding

Every snake sheds. The way it happens is that the dirty skin folds over the clean skin, it gets dried out, then the skin falls off.

Colorful

Snakes also have lots of colors on them like red, black, yellow, light yellow, dark yellow, dark green, light green, dark brown, light brown, and even more!
