Welcome, my name is Melissa, I'm twelve years old and live in Anchorage Alaska. I enjoy ice-skating, ballet, poetry, babysitting, drawing, ribbon embroidery and wildflowers! I'm home schooled and in the sixth grade. My favorite subject is reading. I'm a sister and have two wonderful little brothers and a cute as a button little sister. When I grow up I want to be a very important person like the president, to prove that women can do things too. In my opinion the best Alaskan wildflower is the Prickly Rose because I like roses and their scent.
Jeremy Hello my name is Jeremy, I'm ten years
old. My hobby's are basketball, soccer, computers and Lego's. I enjoy home schooling
because When I went on vacation, I caught a "Blue-belly" Swift lizard in northern California. After we got it home "she" laid 13 eggs. We incubated them and one hatched! I still have the mom, her name is Spales, but the baby died after one month. I've learned a lot about lizards from this experience. During the winter in Alaska, we have to buy bugs to feed Spales. Currently, I'm saving my money to get more lizards.
