Blues Instruments

Saxophone- The saxophone comes from the family of reed-sounded wind musical instruments. The saxophone was invented by Adolphe Sax at about 1840. The saxophone is made of a mouth-piece, a metal body, and six studs called metal plates. Most saxophones are curved at the bottom and resemble a bass clarinet. Some of the most common saxophones are the soprano, the alto, the baratone, and the tenor. Saxophones were first introduced to the orchestras around 1844.
