HOW TO EXCERCISE ON A RAINY DAY!
        Is it raining outside and you are bored? Well we have
 some news for you . If you would rather be a
 couch potato and eat chips the whole day you will
 end up plump and fat! Well here is a list of indoor
  excercises....
 
       1. basic sit-ups: Put your arms at your side,bend your
 knees,put your feet and back flat on the floor.
     2. jumping jacks: Stand with your feet and arms together
 and then put your legs apart and clap your hands above your head.
       3. push-ups: Put your feet flat on the floor, keep your     back straight , keep your chin up, make sure your hands are flat on the floor and then lower your chest to the floor make sure your chest doesn't touch the floor.
 
 
     4. leg lifts: Lay flat on the floor and lift your legs up.
 
      5. side bending: Put you hands behind your neck and
 try to get your elbows to touch the floor.

     6.arm circles: Put your arms straight out and move
 your arms in circles.

    7.cross -leg stretches: Cross your legs and then bend ,
 try to touch your feet.
 
               Do the exercises over and over for at least  one
 hour to two. If you're not used to doing exercises then
 I would  recommend one hour so you don't over do yourself.
