Herbetia grows in the grasslands of South Texas. Herbertia likes lots of sunlight it usually grows best from ten a.m. to five p.m. In some places it is seen in carpets of blue and purple. It's height can grow from 4 to 10 inches. The flower can grow 1 to 2 inches wide. Herbertia can grow in sand,clay,and loam, but most of all in Texas.
