The Cyclorama is a 2.9 ton 360o circle painting of Pickett's Charge. The artist took artist's license several times by placing himself in the painting, making two soldiers carry a wounded Abe Lincoln to a doctor, and placing several leaders on horseback, who, in real life were not.
At the Gettysburg Visitors Center, you can see an electric map presentation about when the different parts of the battle happened. The Confederate and Union troops are represented by different colored lights and a recording explains what happened.
