Navigational Tools In Space

When astronauts go on voyages in space, they have to bring along a lot of supplies. They also have to bring food and water to last them the whole voyage, into space and back. Another important thing that they have to bring is the navigational tools. Some of the tools are built in and comes along with the space craft, but others don't. Here are some of the tools that they use to navigate are:

One thing that the astronauts use to navigate is the most natural thing, the stars! Sometimes, if their modern things aren't working they have to use the stars to know where they are at. Stars are very important things that are used in space navigation.

They also use......computers!!! Computers are usually built into the spacecraft so you don't have to bring it along. The computers are very important things. There are many reasons why the astronauts bring along computers. One of them is because if you are on a mission and you have a destination to go to, the computer can tell you how far away you are from that place.
