Callisto
Callisto is the eighth of Jupiter's known satellites and the second largest. It is located 389,221,987 miles from Earth. Callisto's surface is the most heavily cratered object in the solar system. Callisto is more or a less mixture of ice and rock and iron. Callisto's surface is covered entirely with craters. The surface is very old, like the highlands of the Moon and Mars. It probably got impacted for about four billion years or even more. This grooved terrain is probably formed by tensional faulting or the release of water from beneath the surface. These cracks are a sign that there is water on Callisto. Jupiter has 16 moons, that circle around it like a miniature Solar System. But there are four Galilean moons, that are usually talked about the most. They are Io, Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto. Or another way to remember these four is: I Eat Green Cats.
