How Messy Are You?Messy enough to win a National Contest? Well,
we interviewed the third prize winner of the National
Messy Room Contest sponsored by Kodak. Here's the story
of Josh's messy room.
|
| Like most kids,
nine-year-old Joshua struggles to keep his room neat.
Kodak recently held a contest, though, that actually
rewarded kids for their messy rooms. Joshua entered a
picture of his room in the contest and won third prize. I
asked him some questions about his room and in case
you're wondering, he does not share the room. 1. Does he have to clean his room every week or month? He says he does every week. 2.How did his room get so messy? He says that his friends come over and together they make a mess while they are playing. He says they leave without helping clean up. 3.Do any pets stay with him? NO. 4. Did he throw anything on the floor before taking the picture to make it look more messy? No everything that was shown in the picture was already out, including breakfast dishes. Josh says that he cleans his room every week, but by the end of the week it looks as messy as it does in the picture. Hey, maybe you could invite over a lot of friends and make a mess. If you win the contest, you get free maid service for a year! |
