Rulers Many rulers have had their reign over Egypt, some of which were from Egypt and some were people who took over Egypt.  There were about 32 dynasties in ancient Egyptian times, some only had 3 rulers but some had more than 20 rulers.  In Egypt there were about 500 rulers.  The citizens of egypt thought that the pharaohs were gods, the assistants of Amen-Ra.  One famous reign was that of Ramseses.  That dynasty had about 30 rulers.  Alexander the Great conquered egypt and became its ruler for a short time until the Egyptians took it back from him.  Cleopatra was a famous queen who was married to about three very famous people in her time: Ceasar, Mark Anthony, and the third person was a son of Hotemb who was killed before they even saw each other.  Then Cleopatra committed suicide.  Nefertiti was also famous, she was married to Ankenhaten.  One of her sons could of possibly of had been Tut-Ankh-Aten, but the think Ankenhaten had more than one wife.
