    1.  What is your age range?   Give options such as under 18 , 18-30 etc.
     

    2.  Are you male or female?
     

    3.  Ask if they ever use the kind of product or service you will be using in your business.
     

    4.  Would you buy ____________(whatever your product will be)?
     

    5.  How much would you pay for this product? Give options for prices.
