Tigers

The tiger is the largest hunter in the rain forest, black stripes and all. Having reached over 11 feet in length, the tiger may feed on any mammal it chooses, except adult elephants. Living in the Asian rainforests, the tiger prefers chital and other deer when possible. Some tigers prey on humans and also on more normal quarry. Since these animals are such confirmed maneaters, tigers can be extremly dangerous. As an example, one tiger, before the first world war, ate 400 humans!

The tiger is basically orange with black stripes. It has a white underside and white circles around the eyes and on the cheeks of the tigers face. The tiger has a very good sense of agility. For instance, a tiger can balance across a high log!
