Welcome to our page on the "Seven Modern Wonders of the World". Experts over the years have put together lists containing twenty or more structures that they consider to be "wonders". We decided on seven to share with you.

We chose these seven wonders because we thought they were unique and well-known landmarks. They are considered wonders because they are "firsts" of their kind, real advances in the engineering and technological skills they took to build. They are located around the world, and were built by people of many nations. All of these modern wonders have been built within the last 100-200 years.
