    Objective (s)
    Students will identify vocabulary words using the impeachment glossary.
    Students will define each vocabulary word in the impeachment glossary.
    Students will write a declarative, imperative, and interrogative sentence for selected vocabulary words.

    Activity (1)
    Print the impeachment glossary.
    Orally introduce words to students.
    Write the vocabulary word on the board with letters out of order and use the printed glossary to spell the word;
    example( scsoenrg=congress). Students should unscramble the entire list of words.

    Review vocabulary list.
    Students should write the definition for each term by clicking on the word.
    Allow students enough time to learn vocabulary and test.

    Review vocabulary list.
    Explain the three types of sentences and provide an example of each.
    Student should use their definitions to write sentences for each word.

    Students will research the career of the following persons: United States Senator, United States Representative, and President of the United States.
    Students will make a presentation of their research in a creative way.

    Print a copy of the Constitution. (

    Discuss everyday careers and job qualifications with students to understand concept.
    Discuss with students that a Senator, Representative, and the President job have been defined in the U.S. Constitution.
    Assist students in the development of the research.

    Objective (s)
    Use a map to locate specific destinations.
    Write directions explaining how to get from one place to another.

    Activity (students should also view map on the Internet because it is a clickable map)
    Discuss with students the objective of this activity.
    Distribute a map of the United States Capitol to each group. <http://www.aoc.gov/ofcbldgs/cmplxmap.htm>
    Discuss and label each map with north, south, east, west, and etc;
    Using the computer students should click on the map then label their maps to help with building identification.
