Always be quiet and stand still while another player is playing.

Be ready to play when it’s your turn.

If you are playing slowly or looking for a lost ball let the group in back of you go ahead of you.

Write scores on the way to the next hole, not on the green.

Never take more than one practice swing if at all possible.

Always wear golf shoes or tennis shoes.

Never slide your feet or run on the green.

Always rake a bunker after you use it.

Replace divots and repair depressions made by your swing or ball.

Put the flagstick carefully back into the hole after putting.
