Generally, llamas can fight off or even kill a dog, but under some situations when there are many dogs the pack often will win. Llamas have an agresion toward unknown dogs but usually will not attack a family dog if they are introduced properly. To prevent accidents like these make sure your llamas are in a fence at least five feet in height and there are no places other animals can fit through.
