Our purpose is too create a group that gets along and is able to create an outstanding website. Our group exists to tell the world about the history of Rock and Roll.
Article 1: The people in our group are
We don't want any officers because we do not want anybody to manipulate the system. We want everyone to have a fair say.
Article 3:
First we would have people vote. If there is a tie between the group each group will pick one person from each group and play rock, paper, scissors two out of three. The winner will pick which way he wanted the vote to go.
Article 4:
Our constutition can be changed if there is a majority vote against an article. If it is a tie 1 member from each party will play rock, paper, scissors best 2 out of 3. The winner will decide.
Article 5:
We the undersigned agree to run our group by the rules above. JANUARY 22,1999
