Drink plenty of fluids to prevent from getting dehydrated on a hot and sunny day. Dehydration is when you don't get enough fluids, you can pass out and your mouth gets really dry. Also drink lots of fluids so you don't get sick and pass out.
When you're in the field protect your face so you don't get hit in he face with he ball. A well bent hat can be good shade when your in the hot sun.
If its a hot sunny day where at least a 25 sun screen to protect your skin.
