Second, before each game you should play a little catch with a teammate and warm up batting. You could play a little soft toss to get your swing warmed up. This way, you are ready to play so you don't have to warm up while playing.
Third, you should always stretch your arms and legs. That way you won't pull a muscle which could lead to a serious injury. If you pull a muscle, you have to let it rest. Don't play if you are injured in any way.
Before you go to game, you should always have a little to eat. That way you won't get sick of hunger. Don't eat too much or you will get sick and throw up. Don't eat too little or you will get sick also. Never drink a pop before a game unless you can play with cramps. If you can, then go right ahead. If you can, don't eat anything while you are playing unless you have sunflower seeds that won't get you sick.
If you want to continue your career playing baseball, never chew chewing tobacco. Even though the major leaguers do it, doesn't mean you should. Those big players are increasing their chance of getting gum cancer. If you chew chewing tobacco, you will end up getting cancer and probably never playing baseball again. Don't chew chewing tobacco or any drugs if you want to continue playing baseball.
