There are not many ways to avoid injuries. It all comes in the package of being a soccer player. There are some ways you can try to prevent injuries and they are all in the rules.

 

You should always wear shin guards nomattter what the case. And if you r parents tell you to put more pads on then tell them to come look at this web site because you don't need any more pads unless your injured. Remember it's all in the package; no pain, no game, and besides you don't need the pads at all! It may slow you up a little but it's better than a cracked shin plate.

 

Every time you walk out onto the field is a risk so don't let your parents, friends or you get bothered about it. And never think about getting injured, then you can't concentrate on your game and that slows you up and, makes you less of a aggressive player.
