Health

Here are some ways to stay healthy while playing soccer. If you pay atenention and read this, this will help you from getting heat stroke, dehydration, staying fit, and giving you energy without eating sweets or fatty foods.

O.K. to start this out if you are having problems with getting heat stroke or dehydration this will help you very much. While playing the sport make sure that you drink plenty of liquids and that will help you for both heat stroke and dehydration. If you keep hearing this by your parents, coach, whoever, they are right.

It will help you. If you have been saying to your parents that, that isn't the problem, just try it. Next game, try to drink twice of what you drank last game. If you are a dedicated player who never stops or quits that is great. YOU SHOULD BE HONORED. But still sometimes when it is hot you need to tell your coach you need a break. Even if you do drink a lot the sun could still make you sick. You be the judge of when you need a break don't push yourself!!!!!!!!!

Another thing that will help you is don't just drink water during your game. Sometimes you need to have a different kind of drink to get the nutrients that you need. If all you have is water then after the game get a Gatorade or Allsport. That's what I prefer, after the game. When I play the game with Gatorade, the sugars in it sort of stick in my throat and that makes it harder to breath. But it is very good after games. If you already have heatstroke, or you are dehydrated you should drink a lot of Gatorade, water won't help all that much, it doesn't have the nutrients and the sugars that help OOOOOHHHHHH so much!

Before and after games eat foods with a lot of carbs (carbohydrates). Italian food works the best. It is light and doesn't slow you down and you can burn it all off. It also gives a lot of energy.

Listen to these tasks and they will help you a lot.
