First, a member of Congress writes a bill that he or she thinks can improve the U.S.A.
	Then he or she presents the bill to the rest of Congress.
	If Congress approves it, the bill is sent to the President.
	If the President approves the bill it becomes a law. But if the President vetoes(doesn’t like the bill) it is sent back to Congress.
	If two - thirds of Congress votes for it, it still becomes a law.
