Then he or she presents the bill to the rest of Congress. |

If Congress approves it, the bill is sent to the President. |

If the President approves the bill it becomes a law. But if the President vetoes(doesnt like the bill) it is sent back to Congress. |

If two - thirds of Congress votes for it, it still becomes a law. |
