About Us Kevin, Marc, and Matt (top row); Rebecca, Debbie, Anna (bottom row) March 1999  We are 4th and 5th grade students at Sherwood School in Highland Park, Illinois, USA. We entered a contest called ThinkQuest Junior. It is a contest for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders to make a website that has educational value. The six of us were very excited to compete with other kids around the United States. We hoped to increase our knowledge about technology, inventors, and inventions. Last year a fourth and fifth grade team at our school entered a site about explorers, called Explorers of the Millennium in the ThinkQuest Jr. contest. It was awarded 4th place in the Social Sciences category and has been visited by thousands of people. We hope that some of that luck would carry over to us this year. Anna was on the team last year and she has been a big help to us. Anna is the one in the bottom right hand corner of the picture above.
